Emergency Personnel Training

The FEMA Independent Study Program is the foundation for most of the EM staff training. The independent study courses found on the FEMA training website are informative and necessary for anyone wishing to further their knowledge of emergency operations. Required course for first responders including IS-700 Introduction to the National Incident Management System, and IS-100 Introduction to Incident Command. As your responsiblity increases in your emergency response program other courses are required.
